Whole-House Rental
Our whole-house rental is ideal for families or groups seeking a private, oceanfront getaway. The maximum stay is seven (7) nights, with space for up to ten (10) guests. Weekly rates are $1,800 with air conditioning or $1,500 with fans. The house features six bedrooms, each equipped with a queen-size bed and a private bathroom, as well as one full kitchen and an additional kitchenette. Wi-Fi is included. Please note that the upstairs bedrooms are available only when the entire house is rented.

Individual Oceanfront Rooms (Downstairs Only)
For a more flexible option, our individual oceanfront rooms are available downstairs. Rates are $90 per night with air conditioning or $70 per night with fans, valid for one (1) to two (2) guests per room, with a minimum stay of two (2) nights. Each room includes a queen-size bed, a private bathroom, and access to a fully equipped kitchen. Wi-Fi is included.   

Guest policies & rules 

Check-in is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 12:00 PM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and is subject to availability.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is due three (3) days before the reservation date. Accepted payment methods include cash, bank transfer, and credit card. Rates are subject to change until a reservation is confirmed.

All deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made less than seven (7) days before arrival will be charged 100% of the booking amount. No-shows and early departures are non-refundable.

Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay. A $200 security deposit is required at check-in and will be refunded after inspection.

The maximum occupancy is 10 guests for whole-house rentals and 2 guests per individual room rental. All children aged five (5) and older count toward the total occupancy. Unauthorized guests or visitors are not allowed without prior approval.

Quiet hours are observed from midnight to 7:00 AM. Excessive noise, loud music, or parties are not permitted at any time.

Guests are asked to keep sand and dirt outside and to use the outdoor showers when returning from the beach. Furniture may not be moved between rooms without permission. Please turn off the lights, air conditioning, and fans when you are not in the room. Smoking is not allowed inside any unit or within the house; a designated smoking area is available by the seawall. Pets are not allowed.

Guests are responsible for their personal safety and belongings. The property is not liable for accidents, injuries, or stolen items. Children must be supervised at all times, especially near the ocean.

Housekeeping service is included every two days. Guests must leave dishes washed and the kitchen tidy. Excessive cleaning may incur an additional fee.

To conserve energy, air conditioning units must be turned off when guests leave the room. Misuse or damage to the A/C may result in additional charges.

Guests are asked to respect the beach, wildlife, and the local community. No littering is permitted; please use designated garbage bins. Music must be kept at a reasonable level.

Guests must lock doors and windows when leaving the unit. Management may conduct unannounced routine inspections for safety or maintenance purposes.
